Q1: What is the difference between Premium Quartz Stone and Sintered Stone?
A: Our Premium Quartz Stone is made of 90–93% natural quartz with resin. It is durable, strong, and widely used for kitchen countertops. Sintered Stone is manufactured under 1200°C high temperature and high pressure, offering superior resistance to heat, scratches, and stains, making it suitable for countertops, walls, and furniture applications.
Q2: How many stone colors do you have?
A: We carry 300+ colors across Quartz, Sintered Stone, and Artificial Marble collections. Visit our factory showroom in Semenyih to view full slabs.
Q3: Do you provide custom cut-to-size and installation services?
A: Yes. We provide full fabrication services including cutting, polishing, edge profiling, sink cut-outs, and professional installation.
Q4: Can quartz or sintered stone scratch or stain?
A: Quartz is stain-resistant but not 100% heat-resistant. Sintered Stone provides higher performance – resistant to heat, scratches, and stains.
Q5: How can I get a quotation?
A: You can send us your kitchen drawings or countertop sizes for a quotation. Once the deposit is placed, we will arrange a site measurement.
Q6: Can I request samples?
A: Yes. We provide free small samples (subject to availability). For full slab viewing, you may request our digital catalog (Google Drive) or visit our Semenyih factory.
Q7: Do you accept custom designs?
A: Absolutely. We fabricate kitchen tops, island counters, vanity tops, dining tables, laundry sinks, flooring, and wall cladding with customized edges and finishes.
Q8: How long does installation take?
A: Standard kitchen countertop installation usually takes 1 day. Larger or more complex projects may require 2 days or more.
Q9: Do you provide site measurement?
A: Yes. Once the deposit is received, our measurement team will visit your site, confirm dimensions, and liaise with our production team before installation.
Q10: What warranty do you provide?
A: We provide factory warranty against manufacturing defects or workmanship issues:
Compressed Marble / Basic Quartz:1 Year
Premium Quartz Stone: 2 Years
Sintered Stone: 2 Years
Natural Stone: 2 Years
For issues not covered under warranty, we also provide after-sales services (with service charges).
Q11: How do I maintain artificial stone such as compressed marble or quartz stone?
A: Clean daily with mild detergent & water. Avoid strong chemicals. Use cutting boards for chopping and trivets for hot pots (especially on quartz).
Q12: Where do you deliver?
A: We deliver across Klang Valley, Selangor, and Seremban. For other locations, please contact our team for support.
Q13: What is the lead time after confirming an order?
A: Typically 3–5 working days after site measurement and full payment.
